Congratulations!

You're about to embark on an incredible and sometimes awful journey! In case the vampire who turned you is an asshole and doesn't explain any of this stuff to you, here's an OOC guide of losses/weaknesses, strengths/abilities, and what to expect when you...! This guide should answer any questions you have about becoming and being a vampire from The Vampire Diaries canon. This guide is specific to Distant Skies ([community profile] distantskies), but could also be used as a general guide.
